Uploading your artwork directly to our servers can significantly decrease turnaround time of your project. Please note that our server is for current orders only and all files will be deleted after 14 days. Please read on to learn about the requirements for file submissions.
To avoid complications, please also refer to our Art Specifications to make sure your graphics are up to standards.
- We accept digital files in both mac & pc platforms. Below is a list of the preferred file formats:
- Quark Express - up to v7.2 (qxd)
- InDesign - up to CS3 (indd)
- Illustrator - up to CS3 (ai, eps)
- Photoshop - up to CS3 (psd, tif, eps)
- **Note: jpg, gif and png not recommended
- Please ensure all images and fonts are included with your layout.
- Please ensure all images are 300dpi
- Avoid uploading individual files if possible. Zipping or Stuffing into a single file is preferred.
- The maximum per-file size limit is 100mb
- In order for us to better serve you please include your purchase order number with all correspondence. If you do not have a purchase order number please contact your sales representitive.
