I want to say thanks for the great job Ball Media did on my CD. It looks great, as I expected that it would. What I didn't really expect was the excellent and personal customer service that your company gave. I was able to speak with a real person every time I called. If they were not able to answer my questions immediately, I always got a call back with the answers very quickly. A few of the CDs were seriously damaged in shipping, and though this was the carrier's responsibility, not Ball Media's, your company compensated me for the damaged units without complaint. Thank you! A friend of mine is working on his first CD, and I will try to steer him your direction for his manufacturing needs.
