What I didn't really expect was the excellent and personal customer service that your company gave. I was able to speak with a real person every time I called. If they were not able to answer my questions immediately, I always got a call back with the answers very quickly. A few of the CDs were seriously damaged in shipping, and though this was the carrier's responsibility, not Ball Media's, your company compensated me for the damaged units without complaint.
